    YOu should have used the filet o' fish recipe I gave you for healing fractures but you were all fucked up this weekend and didn't wanna take my advice.
    
    With a shopping bag, cover your arm in mayo, then pepper, top with some lemon juice squeezed fresh over it. Place a bag over the wrist and tape it shut. Let sit for 1-3 weeks and you'll be pain free and fine.
