Why am I

    I get really tired around like 3-5pm, then later on the night I get another burst of energy that often lasts past when I would like to be asleep (1030)

    I wake up earlyish (815), stop using electronics at 1030 with the goal of falling asleep by 11, and I Find myself consistently tired as fuck like where I could fall asleep at any moment around 3pm. Like I be yawning right now at 445 while I'm drinking a cup of cofee.

    How do I improve this to have consistent energy? I don't wanna do meth.

    Could be insulin related. When you eat you get sleepy shortly after.
