Folks I do this partially to save money but also because when I do this I take my eye vitamins and I don't want to just flush them out immediately.
I take 1/4 of an onion and dice it, I throw two golf ball size pieces of frozen broccoli too, in a bowl with a lil bit of water.
I heat this for 1 minute.
I add in a half cup of mixed vegetables and about a quarter cup of cauliflower.
Heat for an additional 90 seconds.
While that's heating up I chop 2 teeth of garlic. That goes on top.
I drain the hot water into a cup and I drink it OR I add in a couple tablespoon of instant mashed potatoes.
Then I hit with a dash of hot sauce, sometimes red pepper flakes.
Then I sometimes put a squirt of ketchup in there and make it into a vegetable burrito with a tortilla or I just eat it raw dog like that.
THen I take my vitamins which consist of
Idebenone, Super B Complex, Vitamin C, Men's Multivitamin and CoQ10.

I feel so much better eating this as about 50% of my food intake volume wise than I ever did eating sandwiches and malt liquor and pizza all day. I feel like I got more energy, I feel like my body is healing, my dick gets harder and most importantly my vision is healing. I feel genuinely well and I attribute it to eating this and not fries & hamburger dishes with rice type shit. Not eating ramen noodles. Not sucking off some Cuban guy to get my fix of protein, etc.

Now I expanded my daily fare to include Greek yogurt (For probiotics), more lemon and limes, and mushrooms.
I also started eating salsa and horse radishroot
