   not sure if this is some sexual innuendo but umm.. people have eaten raw fish or pork not cooked properly and got a worm of some kind of other parasite get into the bloodstream and then into the heart and sometimes up into the brain and suddenly things like maggots or tapeworms or round worms (not a parasite expert) gets caught up in transit somewhere in the body.
