i did wake n bake then a bunch of exercise

    squats, pullups, pushups, leg raises, and then yoga

    now i smoked more bowls with kief and feel amazing

    i also ate rice, chicken, and egg, and carrots

    I only worked my arms & abs when used to lift.

    smoking after exercising feels great, something about minor muscle soreness when high is like really pleasant instead of painful. Smoking before exercise never works for me though, even if I can work up the motivation to do it (rare) I just feel sluggish and weaker(er).
