Would we buy a hamster and expect it to do the work of a horse? Of course not, that would be foolish. So why do we expect such people to fit into our society without any issue? Of course they will have trouble, they are not a horse in a horse race but rather that of a hamster struggling to meet expectations that it will always fall short of unless provided accommodations.
