2024-02-29 at 3:33 AM UTCpeople really hate sitting next to me when I'm shitty drunk cuz I sweat out alcohol, have spilled on myself/the floor/open seats, generally am eating snacks or have dirty pants from eating snacks and the worst part is I'm a talkative drunk so I start talking to people telling sometimes lies or fantasies or sometimes the truth which is the worse and I can't really understand why people aren't excited and people will sit next to me and I just be talking to myself anyway if they don't wanna talk

They don't not want to talk to you they just have most likely planned out what subjects they are going to talk about or at least have like a general outline and limited time so when you start to present unscheduled deviations they start to get slightly nervous which elicits a sub perceptual shift in their behavior. Then you probably interpret that as slightly aggressive on a very small level and respond accordingly.

I don't even ride the subway but I can always convert the tokens they are like a local specific region only currency and can be traded in the general market. I have used them in stores before when I had not enough change just give them a few tokens
I really like the concept of such a system of "money other than money"
in my hometown the train only uses paper tickets you gotta buy from the station, buses too. YOu can use the tokens on the bus also -

Ahh fuck man, that just triggered me. I remember a few years ago, some asshole Moroccan kid kicked an elderly woman as she was exiting the tram. She said something racist apparently, beforehand. She landed face-first on the concrete and her entire forehead was scraped off, it was hanging over her face. It was disturbing (it was a video online). I felt bad for her. Sure, she was being racist but that doesn't justify that asshole kid doing that to her. Ugh. Poor woman. -

where do they give them to you that you have them regularly given to you? Is it like part of the socialist Canadian system
