   I went ahead and threw $32 at Palworld.
   Currently downloading it.
   Hopefully I can give it a try in the next couple days and if I can I'll record my own personal game play for you all to decide for yourselves if this is a game you too would enjoy.

    Fona I found out how to get them to work for you
    
    You have to look at their work skills in the pal menu, it will show you whether they can mine, log, craft, etc.
