I have both Asthma but I also have suffered from Fight or Flight (mostly in my youth, not so much after 50 because of meds)
Asthma is like a pin prick in the airway of the neck. it's harder to breath out then in (but sometimes reverse. 2 forms of asthma. one is constriction and one is inflamation on the inside apparently)
I get a needle sense when I breath in and slightly hard to breath out. my OxSat goes down to about 93 or so.
as for a Panic Attack aka Fight or Flight, Its not asthma but it feels like you're not Breathing. like the air you breath in is hot. but when I check my OxSat it is like 99-100% because you're rapidly breathing. You can't get any better with oxygen than having a Panic Attack. the average OxSat reading is like 97-98% and some its resting at 96%
I also have a serious lung disease but I wont go into that. what do you guys take for asthma and how often. or do you have Bitch-Tit attacks with Panic Disorders. it's embarrassing to go to the hospital with it.
Share your McBitch-Tit moment and why you think you had an attack. dont hold back. This is a safe place.

Choosing to respond or not wasn't an option.
