There is no way to engineer a reliable biological agent or pathogen that only affects specific races. The genetic variability within a group of people (a “race”) can be just as great if not greater within that group than it would be when compared to an individual of another race. There are no exclusive genetic markers to specific races that can be reliably targeted, there’s no “white” gene, and no “black” gene.
Obviously China Russia and the US are all working on illegal bio weapons, maybe even race specific ones, but I doubt they have found a feasible solution to this problem -

Im sure you're 100% on that. Im saying there was at least an attempt to doing this by the Communist government in Wuhan or other location.
