There is no evidence of this and now we are moving past world war 1/2 or 3 and into the Cold War which was supposed to be WW3 but never happened. If anything is WW3 it was the cold war but once again that's another war very far removed from the modern world

if they're threatened as a state they're likely to unleash a massive chimpout, but for a bunch of reasons their threshold for a retard rampage is much higher -
2023-11-08 at 7:16 AM UTCThere is no evidence there ever has or will be a nuclear exchange or even small scale use of weapons. Nobody is even willing to use cobalt bomb drones or something smaller scale or research into that, it's dead, the international controls are too strong.
Theoretically it's possible one could happen right now, at any moment for any reason. But realistically that would never happen because every government official would be dead from airstrikes before it ever got to that point.
That's the only reason people think of DPRK first or Russia but only in terms of a complete regime collapse and there is no evidence that would even lead to a big red button situation, and it's questionable what/if that would accomplish at all. You would essentially just create a global ecological disaster for no reason, no military general in their right mind would ever agree to that, nobody wants their name on it.
I just don't see how it would ever happen. It's such a 50's mindset I think things are way beyond that point

Corporations will do what they always do and step in to replace government with something better that doesn't stop working and actually solve the problem instead of let it fester like everyone does now. Ever since government got out of the nuclear energy industry it's been nothing but innovation, solving problems and success. okay but what if you sent it to somewhere you don't plan on claiming to prevent the enemy from using it
seems like a decent tactic to me that could do some real damage like if you cobalt bombed military bases -
