   Well it's a party hat but if you want to be mad deep you can say it's a "consciousness" particle akin to a "god particle" but only for an individuals perception, i.e. the root of all perception within a nervous system, and the triangle spreading out from the original point symbolizes the development of mental structures starting in a 1 dimensional plane, developing into a 2 dimensional space, and being exponentiated/fractalized/freebased as a persona who's neurological predispositions are written in the face

   And that root consciousness particle may exist outside of the body, and hovers around it, like a mythological halo. Which would explain the out of body experiences caused by dissociatives.
