    I've often wondered this myself...it seems if you are planning a mass shooting getting a high score would be relatively simple...yet it's mostly always in the low teens.
    
    Even that guy who did the vegas shooting only got 60 or so and he was shooting into a crowd of thousands with multiple weapons and thousands of rounds of ammo.
