   Back in England at my old job I worked in Cheetham Hill which is a "red light" area of Manchester.
   
   I was going to the newspaper shop at lunchtime one day and a VERY young girl came over to me and said "You can do anything you want to me for a pound" ($1.30). Fucking lol.
   
   I went in the store and told the guy to call the cops...they came and got her, I assume took her into care or something...the newspaper guy said she was 12yrs old.
