I don't think so. WW3 implies it's the third version of the great war aka a land war in Europe and people can't decide if it's supposed to be China, Russia, North Korea, Iran.

pro-israeli interniggers immediately took credit for it claiming that Hamas soldiers were hiding in the hospital, then deleted all their tweets when it came out how many civilians were killed.
then the story was that it was the result of a Hamas missile being intercepted; a fragment fell on the hospital - a chunk of a missile that typically kills 1-2 people if any at all somehow wiped everyone in the front part of the building.
now they're saying that Hamas was using the hospital to manufacture and fire rockets and one of them blew up on the ground.
