Everyday I basically take
2mg Suboxone 6mg to no amount of hydromorphone 0.5g mush Prob 2-3 grams of weed or equivalent in dab pen usage 400-800mg gabbapentin Too much nicotine and coffee
It's a weird equilibrium I've been at for a bit. Gonna be done with the hydros altogether they're just the best thing for pain. Might get some more Crouton but it's so hard on my stomach, I have the highest hopes for that. I actually got physically addicted to it before it was gay. I guess your body can only process so much sketchy Cambodian plants mixed with God knows what else on a daily basis for so long without getting dependent. I gotta get to the bottom of this
