Heimer is German in origin, you can't conflate "Jingle" and "Heimer" it just doesn't work. There is no word "Jingle" in German the closest is "klimpern" as in "Er klimpert auf dem Klavier".
Klimpernheimer would make more sense but still not a lot tbh.
