   No they always win.
   But I hear that if the cop don't show then they toss it out.
   I only tried it once, the cop was a asshole that actually kicked my car and screamed at me for not letting pedestrians cross the street.
   They hadn't stepped into the street yet and I was cruise n through at like 5 miles an hour.
   Some cops are just dicks period.

   yeah all the time except for one, i always ask for a jury trial but one time the pig showed up and i settled for community service.
   
   take it to jury trial. its a waste of time and the pig probably wont show up.
