considering how heavy those things are it's funny to imagine them trying to retrieve it.
they get a crane and try to lift it, but it's too heavy and the crane falls in.
they try to retrieve the crane with a bigger crane but the underwater crane is still attached to the steamroller so the other crane falls in too, and so on forever

I've heard of it happening in the past when people throw mattresses in swimming pools, like they think they can get a light crane because a mattress is only like 50kg or something but don't take into account the mattress soaking up another 200kg of water
