At the very least, this will set off vicious conflicts between current members about the distribution of EU funds.

    dude you just mentioned european uniton all these things had to happen why could they not back then but especially in this day and age in ukraine. the only reason those things happened in poalnd wasnt due to less corruption or it being kess backward religious right wing of a society or with betetr laws. just geogrpahy. closer to the buffer zone.
