   They can technically but there is risk involved. Meaning the brothel will get raided and pimps put in jhailbut clients its a 50 50 type of thing I think depending on what area of Poland prosecutor etc but at one point it was all legal 15 up.

   whats crazy is at one point poland looked crazier or could have been than ukraine belarus russia etc. meaning the age of consent was 15 always but russia for a while 14 so i gotta say ok aybe not russia but you hear all those porn rings websites payment systems coming from thsoe countries but before 2004 poland seems like it would have been just as open.
