   Most(?) women don't see porn as a threat (some def do though, don't like their partners watching it/feel cheated on), but stigmatizing interest in younger girls makes perfect sense from an evo-psych perspective. In that framework, CP is just a proxy for the general interest (obviously we do be stigmatizing the interest itself, too).

   i think hts does have a point in the sense that the word "porn" no longer evokes the sensation of contempt and disgust,
   
   military porn, cat porn, car porn, bike porn, and my favourite - industrial porn,
   
   its pretty obvious porn these days no longer have any wet and sticky connotation it traditionally used to have.
   
   no longer confimed to exclusively sexual, anything that stimulates mental, spiritual and/or intellectual sastifaction is porn today.
   
   so i can see how people would want to describe documentaries where children were being sexually penetrated either joyously or while screaming and crying as CHILD ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION MATERIAL provided people are willing accept the notion that when a man loves a child its "abuse" and "exploitation" despite it being absolutely normal and natural.
