Jon venables, for those that don't know is one of the dudes who as a child sexually assaulted along with another child an even younger child and then left him on the train tracks to die, this story has been going on for decades now as he keeps getting re-released and caught for noncing and then out on parole etc etc

He wouldn't be allowed to be identified nowadays, however the privacy laws were brought in mostly so no one could learn the race of young offenders or their victims, not to protect anyone.
If they would hang nonces like I preach here then he wouldn't be causing any problems. Should be part of Trumps platform, all nonces should swing to make America great again.
on one hand I think it'd be funny to execute people using methods based on the crimes they commit, in his case ramming D-cells up his ass until they come out his eyes.
in a more practical sense though, ie. better for society as a whole, I think summary execution as well as the summary execution of his parents for fucking up would be best
