and other places like usa is they wojt even twke an emergency line like 911 or even to a cop station i doubt a call anonymously. there is no such thing as anonymous rips. i guess you could uust lie when they ask what your name is but theyll also ask if this is the number you use on a regular basis or contact number. also im not sure if there are or not consequences for lying sbout your name or contact. secondly, they wont care if you give them info on some event in the past if you ront go to station to do it like face to fsce. theyll write the info but wont follow on it if you email them or clal them or wont put it into any sort of case load until you present it to them and yu have to be sober like 24 hours so some event some guy who attacks people or mugs or somehting vould be long gone by then. also, if you ront give all details to a situwtion right away over the emergency phone line they give off to the fispatch cops you csnt add it in later or call them again they only use the emergency for emergency reasons not wdditional info and this info you can really only present face to face at a station nce a case has been opened. if a case isnt opened its probably pointless like if some domestic violence victim doesnt herself come forth.

i saw a mawwive like brawl last night or arrnaged street rights by these football hooligans and it was like some fucking ghetto it was worse than niggers even except they didnt use guns or knives like georgians i d9nt think. some dude was coming abck with a fucked up fsce trying to get revenge but even he himself backed off wnd his group after heyw itnessed more people beat down while theyw ere chsnging their soccer fsn song. so i claled them trying to just give anonymous tip for an area they should chekc out before people start getting stabbed or some shit. and the first lady right away was like on the 112 or polish 911 dispatch was like firs toff we dont follow up or even twke anonymous tips or calls when i was gonna just give them info on some area they should be chekcing out and not totslly ignoring. it was in the back between thwt hotel i told star trek is good to stay at and the park area on side newr this like building. it was like 20 people yelling singing their woccer team while either multiple fihgts were tkwing place or staged or people were getting ju ped. this girl was crying on a bench some white trwsh girl i told you guys about. the one who i asked if she had a baby already at 16-17 as she wlaked with a steoller and who blocked my way home one day after thwt harassing me then smiled snother day. she was ssying some guy i guess she knew wa sinvolved then like they ran to the concrete abandoned houde area they clal slums or melina. i was leaving already and should have filmed it but i had a red shirt on sort of like bloods and cripps they could trip out at because red is their rival fsn club or team in this town colors called widzew so i quickly left through the park area.
