   what's strange is it seems to have been their policy for years but it didn't affect us until the site update

   
   ive experienced it way before the update, like backmin april.
   
   it happened like the last time youtube updated itself to prevent people from downloading their stuffs. before this i was able to download youtube with my phone apps.
