    it's just the "Fuck Oakland" that doesn't get to play along. You also have to question the fact the Chief of Police got fired and they have none. So there is a question of who will facilitate the funding expenditures which might sound like the reason for denial in the first place but they dont have an over site in other cities. Maybe the Governor hates Asians since one is the new mayor.
