Pretty shit tbh. Worked an 11 hour shift the other day, got into my car to drive home and just started screaming, cried. And then I did my “therapy” which is rambling into my phone for like an hour, being as mean and scathing as i want. Then i listen to it back once and delete it. Why? Because i dont like dragging other people into my problems when everyone has their own to deal with, but sometimes you just have to vomit up all that bile and just go on about your day.
Better than it has been in a long time. I take dextromethorphan, KSM-66 Ashwaghada extract, and use THC daily. Quit drinking several months ago, don't really fuck with much else anymore.
