How is your mental health?
-
2023-09-14 at 12:32 PM UTCI've been doing really well as of late, obviously cut down on the alcohol I drank Monday and Tuesday night, cause I was having a bit of panic attack on Monday...I was having palpitations and a panic attack....I poured 4 beers down the sink last night whereas a couple of monthsago i would carried on drinking
I know I'm self medicating with Crouton but it helps alot. My probation has said that she recognises adhd symptoms in me and I need to ask the doctor for a test
I started volunteering and have been trying to be a bit more social even if I feel like shutting myself off.
I'd say I'm a good solid 6/10 đź‘Ś whereas a couple months ago I coulda barely get out of bed without downing vodka.
I gotta keep on top of my mood Swings especially as the dark nights are coming. -
2023-09-14 at 12:34 PM UTCYou ask about my mental health and then have 5 sentences staring with *I*...wtf man.

Me too, man. It feels too good especially at higher doses. I'm glad it's legal, but I'm not sure how it's avoided scheduling past 2016.
My mental health is ok, I'm not doing good per se, but I simultaneously don't want to kill myself. -

As one of only two people who survived 9/11 by surfing down the Twin Towers collapse, Pasquale Buzzelli has a mixture of survivor’s guilt and gratefulness.
“Here I am given this gift, and I wanted to make the most of it,” he told 60 Minutes Australia. At the same time, he struggles to make sense of why he survived and others didn’t.
Perhaps it was a mixture of luck, divine intervention, and quick wits to pick a place to weather the collapse: curled up in the corner of a stairwell against two concrete walls.
Buzzelli was on the 22nd floor of the North Tower when he rode a small patch of concrete flooring down another 18 stories, suffering just a broken leg and ankle. -

I bet he gets a lot of people calling him a bullshitter if he tells them that story, cos that's my initial reaction. -
2023-09-14 at 4:21 PM UTCLately I've been feeling tired all the time, zero motivation, no real joy in anything, feel like nothing is real and I have no control over my life. Time goes by so quickly and I hope the world would end.
I'm going to start back on venlafaxine and see if that helps. I just need some sort of hook to reality. -
