   I read that somewhere and I bet it's true. they closed the program though. So at a federal level, Weed is illegal still. but those with the card trumps state laws that outlaw it.

   So from what I saw on the video was A university in Mo doesn't grow it as a College Agriculture or science course. but as a Contractor for the US Government.
