   You think the nurses are fucked up, wait till you see the Korean war veteran with chronic scoliosis, fibromyalgia, and a shattered forearm because he tried to pick up a piece of fried chicken last week. Some of these patients get fucking blasted with morphine, I'm talking 200+ MG doses. Imagine being in a place where for 4 hours a day you where in a state of continuous orgasm.

   IV Morphne doses are usually like 2-8 mg/kg of body weight.
   
   If you have cancer they might give you anywhere up to 1500+ MG

    We used to have a place for them, until they closed all the nuthouses. Liberals wanted them closed because they were “inhumane” and conservatives wanted them gone so they could slash more funding. Anytime both sides agree on something it’s never good. We need to bring them back.
    
    I’m in favor of helping the homeless but only because I want to live in a society where they don’t bother ME and I don’t have to look at them. If my self interest coincides with someone else’s benefit, that’s a good use of tax dollars imo.
