How many could I get away with?

2023-09-11 at 8:45 AM UTCLet's say, hypothetically speaking, I went on a killing spree and slaughtered homeless people. How many do you guys think I could get away with? I'd bet at least get one, and there is a big river by my house that gets bodies dumped in it probably monthly, so I could easily drop the body in the river and either bury or burn the weapon (blunt object).
I bet I could get away with 1 a month, doing more wouldn't draw suspicion because they're missing, but because I'd be out at 1 AM going to the same town and parking in an empty lot somewhere and walking around the city for a few hours.
It wouldn't be very hard to kill a homeless guy, I'm pretty strong and have a lot of experience with violence, so a few good cracks over the head with a bat and it's over for the poor (literally!) guy.
The biggest problems I face are that of getting caught. I already have the supplies and skills and the grit I need to commit a murder, But my traveling habits would change drastically in a short period of time, even if I was working 3rd shift. This would inevitably mark me as suspicious, probably according to multiple legal departments and institutions. -

2023-09-11 at 1:10 PM UTCI can't find the youtube documentary but there was this dude in the USA who had fantasies about this exact thing, killed a homeless dude and then he drove to a river to and drove into deep and had to get a tow truck...anyway his story started unravelling he was caught and then basically he spoke through his whole police interview digging himself deeper and deeper its really funny cause he totally doesn't have a clue that the more he's talking he's just fucking himself over..
He was thinking he'd serve 15 years and get out.lol -

Don't forget to take a change of clothes and dump the ones you are wearing....tiny blood splatter from blunt trauma is impossible to get rid of. Just go to goodwill buy a bunch of pants/shirts and burn them immediately...that's what I used to do when I was on that whore killing spree.
