    As for the future the plan is to sell both properties, buy a secluded desert/mountain lot near Lake Havasu, AZ and build the house I will die in.

    That's pretty cool. Do you like to swim?

    You'll note I gave you like a 3 day ban or something. You were the one who nuked your own account. TSTM posts should be searchable, why do you say they're not?
