   Yeah, the North Atlantic Thermohaline Current or whatever the fuck it's called keeps the UK relatively toasty, despite the entirety of it being further north. We live ~43 degrees north. Ulster in Northern Ireland is at 54 degrees north. And London, famously in the south of England, is all the way up at 51 degrees north.

   I made a very poor assumption about your latitude and I apologize for that. I neglected the notion that the south of Quebec really dips down into latitudes shared by the northern continental United States.

   I don't think we have one but I might have seen a roach while tweaking and I freaked out and tried to kill it but I don't think I succeeded but I haven't seen any since but I occasionally hear movement... sounds like a heavy bug walking on trash would make... but if I don't see them we don't have cockroaches.
