    They last longer. Fewer volatiles evaporating off. Keep ya beans sealed in a cold and dry spot for peak longevity + quality. My parents used to store ground coffee in the freezer, but I suspect what little moisture remains in the beans freezing would change its flavor profile more than a well-sealed tupperware in the fridge might. Makes sense to me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Oh fug I've had a pumpkin beer before it tasted like when you're a poor kid and you get a can of pumpkin pie mix and then get desperate enough to eat it from the can straight and don't have any sugar because it doesn't come with sugar

    It's literally just pumpkin puree and it tastes like ass. The beer I had was like that + shitty beer.

    Stay away from Halloween IPAs folx
