Charged with something or put on a hold more than once. That's not saying a lot. We could just say charged because it would suggest I was there more than a couple days. Still.
People like you will have them at your house every time one of your friends pepper sprays or cuts you over money you owe them. You probably get a couple DUI's a year (although I never saw how people managed to do that).
