I don't know how true this story is but I do know at least one Japanese died in the Ivy Mike Atomic Test when fallout fell 160 miles out to sea from the Atol test while fishing on his boat with his crew. the captain died from radiation poisoning and they called it the 3rd atomic bomb victim of Japan.
but one of the guys on the boat survived Hiroshima and traveled to Nagasaki and survived that one (barely, got sick from it and bad burns) and then was on the boat and got radiation poisoning a third time. died later but not right away. like a few years later from Cancer.
there was another one that was documented who Survived the first one in Hiroshima and then took his family to Nagasaki to get away from the toxic smoke and they dropped it again and he Lost his wife and daughters the second one but survived himself
then there was a lady who complained of pains and the Doctor said "Its just ghost pains from you minds" but she thought she had damage from radiation sickness to her spine. she suffered horribly for 40 years untilt he mid 1980s and she finally died from Cancer but when they checked did an autopsy on here, they found a giant piece of melted glass (probably from a window or vase) lodged into her spinal area and was pushing on a nerve. the doctor said it was a sciatic nerve which just the pain alone could kill someone with heart trouble from the stress of that much pain.
she died after 40 years of hellish pain. those Bombs were pure evil and they're potentially up to 6000 times larger today.
people don't know what is waiting for them. The US had to play catch-up to China and Russias hypersonic missle and released a video just this week.
now there is a race to arm sats in space (which I wouldn't be surprized happened 30 years ago).
