You hoodwinked me man. I thought these were actual platings of yours and you were some typa professional chef. I wanted to give you that credit. I really did. Something told me that it could actually be true. I could sense it in you. Now.. I don't know who or what to trust anymore.
It's a sick sick world. :( -

I’m sorry I’m not the type to take pictures of all my food to post on social media for accolades, I’ve brought shame to the house of haxxor.
I must retreat to repent -
2023-08-17 at 6:26 PM UTCYou're the type to post stock photos of food on social media for accolades?

I'm managing to eat very little here and there and I'm managing to stay hydrated. One doctor told me I have pancreatitis, another one told me I don't, I'm taking stomach meds daily without much success. My next step is probably trying to get in with a specialist for an endoscopy. -

Pancreatitis is not usually an ongoing thing. I had it chronic for a long time. Thankfully it stopped. You usually get it in your 30s. My brother nearly died from it and ended up blind from Diabetes related to it. he passed away some years ago.
but I had it and it hurt like fuck. I had to take lidocaine/Tylenol/Mylanta cocktails for it. only thing that worked. feels like someone is pushing their fist or a knife into your sternum. -
2023-08-17 at 7:01 PM UTCRM are you by chance drinking alcohol all of the time. it causes the liver/pancreas to create more digestive fluid than needed and causes pancreatitis too. stop drinking. lay off spicy food. it's obvious advice but not when you enjoy spicy food and beer. it doesn't happen usually on the day you drink or eat or stress. it happens a few days later. unless you're having that at the time of drinking. which most people aren't going to drink alcohol while having a pancreatic attack

I gave up alcohol completely months ago and prior to that was only having a beer or two socially here and there. I haven't drank heavy in over a year.
Your description of a knife in the sternum is very accurate. Always hurts worse in that spot rather than my actual stomach. -

yeah the pancreas is tucked behind the inner part of the liver and stomach region (I think )
it's hiding back there. just going undetected and no one knows whats going on until you have signs. have it checked because that's what killed Bill Hicks. Of course his father had it so it's genetics. anyone in your family have it? Pancreatitis doesn't mean it till turn cancerous. its usually genetics so dont freak out. some people's bodies just make extra digestive fluids. I would just relax my esophagus and regurgitate that acidic shit up into the bathroom sink. its gross but I also fucked up my esophagus doing it. it's recovered since. haven't had it in years. -

Yeah I have to force myself to puke up acid every day by sticking my finger in my throat, it sucks ass and even then I'll only manage to spit up a bit of foamy shit due to having an empty stomach and it barely provides relief.
Sometimes I chug water just so I have something to puke up the shit with -
2023-08-17 at 7:39 PM UTCJesus man. no bueno. obviously. I dont know how I dont have that. I probably do or maybe its just around the corner. Hope you get it solved sir. Seems odd a dr says you have it and another says not. Seems like it would be a fairly textbook the for them to diagnose (but apparently not). hmm

Constantly bringing up stomach acid can cause Barrett’s esophagus…People with Barrett's esophagus have an increased risk of esophageal cancer. Get that upper endoscopy done asap son.
Good prana coming your way ✌🏼 -
