   Whoever did order it noticed that the wattage wasn't on their but for 16 monolopy money he couldn't turn it down
   
   Whoever also has had extendable batons from the same site and it didn't really come as stated in the advertisement....so he doesn't have very high hopes
   
   Even if it does or doesn't come through from wherever its meant to be from

   I used to sell cattle prods lawl there was no law associated with it. But it was like several hundred dollars and you are buying a system and it's a very technical product it seems like to me , came with a bunch of paperwork and boxes and a big ass warranty
   
   I think I only ever sold one in years, we had them on the shelf though. My boss would joke sometimes and say he's gonna put together a demo unit to motivate us
   
   I also sold electric fence kits
   
   
   
   SEEMS like you can get a lot of this stuff on Amazon nowadays
