she's on state disability. the home is not hers. family is close and they take care of each other. I mean I wish I had a rich girlfriend but not a reality. she took me in when I was down and I do things for her. no one in my own family allowed me to stay at their house. this is why I want to build an off grid. It wont be an actual cabin house but just a structure with well and septic/power etc in case Im homeless again. but its very cold in the mountians. even desert mountains it's sub temps in the winter. just like north midwest is. part of california is that cold. I'll never be able to afford rent in Cali. and honestly rent is going through the roof around the country.
but I dont want a room-mate whos a stranger and have to put up with their shit. dont want to live in a commune like place where I have to put up with others.
small cabin is easier to heat than a large house structure. -

I was going to quicksell it but its close to Reno for night-life and eventually I will place a septic tank and truck in water first before digging a well. there is a water service that brings in like 500 gallons for 150 bucks. its another option for now. just dont drink it. I'll use bottle water instead and plastic and paper plates to eat off of until I can build a well. electricity is easy with solar panels and batteries. this way its not officially a house so I wont get taxed for it.
