    This works surprisingly.

Acid reflux is supposed to be from your stomach opening up because it's too alkaline.

So adding vinegar (a couple tablespoons a couple times a day) will make it close.

Dude I tried it and it caused me to have bronchial spasms and wheezing

    Apple Cider Vinegar

It's why they come in capsule but the science isn't out on it. It can cause potential ulceration or chemical burns in the mucus membrane of the esophagus.

All I know is it works for my acid reflux. Idk about the other stuff or how much these other people are drinking.

    For some, perhaps

Wheezing is bronchial spasms like a pre asthma attack. Doesnt always fully come on but your airways tighten up a bit

Usually acid reflux can bring it on but something simple as dust. Pollen or humidity can trigger it. It can be confused with heart palpitations but copd, asthma, sleep apnea can put stress on the heart. Cause it to enlarge or valves to enlarge and leak

One thing eventually leads to another

    I think that's an 80s tune

I take a sip of pickle juice or jalepeno juice about twice a day, sometimes I put a little garlic glove in there and then chew that with the vinegar. An old cuban man who smoked 10 cigars a day (not those pussy ass little cigar-illos but like the big thumb thick can length ones that take an hour to burn even if you keep it lit.

He said chew up a glove of garlic and it'll heal your throat, better if you do it with a little bit of hot sauce or a pepper.

I tried it one time before bed, I woke up at 1am and coughed out a marble size piece of white black bullshit, like I Felt it leave the top of my lungs.

THat niggas like 200 years old and if he's alive right now he's smoking them cigars still, perfect health, like probably about 55-60, did 10 push ups 10 times everyday in the hot sun (while smoking a cigar and drinking lemonade).

Good guy but he don't have a cell phone so we lost contact when I moved out of Hialeah.

WHen I get heart burn I chew up on two Tums it got so bad I went to the hospital about a year ago with chest pains.

I figured I fucked up my heart through meth, drinking, not really eating the best, violence, and cocaine.

Nope just had acid reflux from drinking too much, too much pizza, too much hot sauce, too much burping and bullshit.

So I had to eat tums and at one point religiously carried them on me. I actually cried in the emergency room when they took all the EKG bullshit off my body and told me I have two major health problems:

    Rheumatoid Arthritis
Acid Reflux, something like gastro intestinal something something

anyway, when I said "There isn't anything wrong with my heart?"

THey said no your blood pressure better than it used to be.

And just like god blessed that kike with his boat, my shit went away, I eat peppers, onions (No red sauce, almost no pizza), hot sauce, garlic, beer a lot of it, saurkraut. No problems. No tums. Everynow and then I get a little chest pain but I think "Did I eat in the last hour? Have I eaten in the last 24 hours?" and it's pretty simple fix, water, hard boiled eggs, maybe some noodles.

Only thing I cut out was fireball whiskey, drinking hot sauce in my beers, and going the day without eating shit.

I used to drink baking soda water for really bad acid reflux and it seemed to soothe it at first but ultimately make it worse so yeah probably. I mean is that not alkaline water? Try that and see.

No, you win when you’re diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and nothing matters anymore.

I overnighted some pancreatic enzymes from Amazon and I'll be damned if they actually do work a hell of a lot against that reflux feeling

Heart Burn can be brought on by stress (Duh Obvious?) but not really obvious because there is a weird delay. You stress one day and 1-2 days later the Peptic like Ulcer pains come on. and it hurts so bad (as brad stated) you think you're having a heart attack. Mine was so fucked up I had to have a tylenol-lidocaine-mylanta cocktail. worked every time. but it turned out i ended up with pancreatitis. you throw shit out of wack. liver and pancreas enzymes or some shit get out of normal ranges. over producing and burning the lining of your stomach.

stop drinking all the time. alcohol is a mother fucker of a drug. stop abusing it.

    STOP ABUSING IT, PAL!

Pay attention. Your stomach is supposed to be so acidic to stay closed and keep acid from coming up. That's what I see in videos anyway.

I've seen stories about people having issues from it but the recommendations I've seen said to only do a couple tablespoons a couple times a day. I doubt that could cause any issues
