Spectral is some weird dude who thinks because while he spent time up in Canada and logged into the dialup some years back that he's an expert. he never went to any socials. as a matter of fact, when it switched to the WWW version, he (enigma) told me to stop talking about the dialup saying to me "Does that make you cool. do you think you're cool" because I and a few others were calling people noobies
he was trying to get people on there with coding knowledge.
i had already been on the dialup 10 years before that. so there is an entirely different world of &TOTSE vs TOTSE.COM

let add another fact. I saw him several times. this is the dude. and He ran an Ethernet service across the street from the AT&T (&T think about that) in Walnut Creek on South California. across from the BART station. He also ran a computer fix-it store on 2000 block of Main Street.
