i am mostly talking about good citizen types of white people or maybe also asians. they constantly made the laws harsher by making these massive protests or appealing to their governors or getting petitions for new amendments signed when it never really was about the laws. the laws were always harsh or good the way they wer ebefore their stupid campaigns. if someone got a good deal or didnt serve much while being a repeat offender, it wasnt the laws but the da office or cops they should twke it up with menaing the particular police department who dealt with the felon not fucking overall california laws which were always amongst the toughest in the union.
