So when he said "Not my concern" did he agree with him on Ukraine not My Concern" or "Not my Concern on American Cities". because I had to think about if there was a slight Gaffe in his statement. like he meant Ukraine was not his concern and that he did want to become president to better American Cities. why in the fuck would he not want to better American Cities?
