Get a rectangular strip of foil, run a lighter over each side then fold it lengthwise into a V shape/boat. Put your goods in the middle then gently tilt your foil as you apply indirect heat from underneath, and use a pen tube or a foil straw to suck up the smoke. You "chase" the dope back and forth on the foil as you tilt it.
Have fun, you'll most likely be smoking fentanyl anyways and not heroin these days
