    On the real though, I wish this was true. Higher education has become way too accessible. Things keep going how they are, and another 20 years down the line I think it's a real possibility that MIT will be the only university in America you can get a degree from that inspires respect solely on the basis of where you studied. Real problem for the Ivies, since their purpose is essentially to launder nepotism (as explained in passing recently by Scott Alexander... with credit to Chapo Trap House for the idea, but I ain't no dirty commie).
