it must suck he raised her kid from the time he was 2-3 to 18 and as soon as the kid could go to college, Gigi leaves him and the son doesn't pick up his "Dad's" phone calls.

She kept calling me to move back in. so I told her I can't stand the area because my car got broken into twice
so she's thinking of selling it.
we'll see how things go. or I'll just get a minimum wage (17-19 an hour working a botique store near by. she lives in a nice community in Berkeley area near North Berkeley) and keep my car in a safer place and not drive it anymore until we get a house. rich neighborhood like the Berkeley hills. just a few miles up the road. Park it, move it every few days. if it gets stolen Its fully comp'd but i'd rather it not get ripped off. cars are expensive as fuck now. filthy multi million dollar estates. should be safe there.
I still am looking at Orange County which is closer to San Diego not City of LA. like Dana Point. but houses are laugably expensive af. sometimes you find a fixer upper cottage on 1/10th of an acre. big score for like 700k where the house next door is like 15 million or more. they exist. I'v seen them but they usually have bid wars. :(
I might sell my car and put the money in the bank and lease. It only has 27k miles on it. mint condition

If I sell it myself I can get like 32k which is what I paid for it but car values have gone up not down. it's weird af. but If I got like a quicksell from a car market dealer I see 24k for cash by the end of the day and they haul it off.
i could lease a new car every 2-3 years. but I have to put down 4k for it to be 300 dollars a month. but at least I would have a new car every 2-3 years depending on the lease. some even have 15k miles a year rather than 10-12k

so I'd have to save about 180 dollars per month in a bank account for 2 years plus 300 dollars for the lease cost. thats 580-600 a month :(
or I can just short lease a car at 650 a month with paid insurance from Uber and just trade that car in anytime. a month, two months, 4 years etc. I never get to own it but who needs to own a fucking car? I can lease a car even a used one and be the only driver and if I get bored of the fucking thing. RIGHT FUYZ?

I heard there is this guy who would make his gums bleed by cutting it with a knife and then go spit in his neighbors eyes which would be a quick way to contract the disease.
