We're looking at houses in the hills now. We're staying in the bay area but thinking of either San Mateo County or Livermore Cali.
I showed her it would be better to rent this place our, pay the 700 a month HOA and then rent it to Section 8 housing for 3000 which is fair market value since 700 has to go to HOA.
so she'll get 2300 a month back to her investments.
Of course we might have to put in Renter Specials like take the updated Stove/Oven (like 1200 bucks) the new Dishwasher which was 1200 dollars and the brand new fridge which was 2200 bucks with a bottom freezer. really nice unit. all of them match. not leaving those fuckers behind for renters who wont clean them and probably break the glass top stove.
There is a massive Section 8 structure going in down the street and people are selling off real estate goes to shit. I know our noisy neighbors will love our New Renters since they love to make so much fucking noise at night. I mean maybe we'll rent to Mother with teenagers since it would be perfect for them to have a pool. I know the neighbors will enjoy these people who will be tickled pink that they'll probably throw parties every weekend.

This was right before or right after one almost exactly the same thing. but instead of a BBQ it was a cute little girl with her mommy selling bottle water to raise money for her College or an upcoming camping trip next to a new condo complex in San Francisco near the Giants Ball Park off 4th. it's really fucking hilarious.
these people are real pieces of shit. I get it. 1.1 Million 2 bedroom shit size condo next to the new Subway going in. Girl yelling "Get your ice cold water" for people going to the ball game. like 2 blocks from the park. "She doesn't have a permit.. I spent 1.1 Million Dollars on this place and it has no A/C unit in it (not green and SF isn't usually hot until october) and I have to leave my windows open and she's just down there yelling water water water for sell.
