   Why you tards continue staying in CA? Yeah the weather's nice but you get more bang for your buck in fly over country. Lots of nice places that don't charge $3k rent for a walk in closet.

   I was thinking of selling my North Reno and getting property in a town called Wheeling WV
   Abandoned at one time is now picking up as a hot commodity.
   
   lots of young people moving there. 1 hour drive to Pittsburg (not sure that's a bonus but its also on the Ohio River I guess)

   Oakland is a 1/100 which is the worst score. top 1% of fucked places to live. I live 2 towns over from Oakland.
   
   Berkeley and San Francisco are 2/100
   
   Manhattan is like 30/100 (but that will drop off soon)
   
   
   this town Wheeling is 14/100 so that's a pretty sweet score for where Im from.

   then put in the city and make sure the crime tab is chosen. scroll down and look at stats but the main is the rating. this actually is used by Real Estate agents to determine value. though it doesn't matter in Nor Cal because it's a Port City region and Tech Hub it would matter in the fly over states.

   WV,TN and KY are low COL areas along the mountains but you need a good trade or maybe something in the med field to earn a decent living. That's why the COL is low. TN been found by the CA and Yankee folk and property is climbing in price.
