i was very surprised this could happen to thick combat boots.
I semi regularly wax mine to keep em supple and waterproof, got em for less than half price unworn but were like £200 new so figured I better take care of them, comfortable as fuck too.
edit: they're altberg defenders, they go decently cheap used now too but being able to get a new pair was a steal. -

its great if you live in hot and humid places and your feet sweat a lot.
i think i have what they call hyperhydrosis and sweat excessively thru my hands and feets and this is one of the type of boots i can wear without my socks getting soaking wet. -

What would you wear these with? 🤨
I mean maybe some people think it's gay to think so much about what you wear but I don't usually even like wearing new style running shoes with jeans. If they're retro looking with suede it's ok. In the winter time I will do this more if I'm just wearing all black or darker colors. But like I wouldn't wear modern running shoes with jeans and a polo shirt. And I think adult men at some point should stop wearing high top shoes.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
