One is a Masterpiece of the silent era. 1929 I think. filmed in Cyan and Amber tainted black and white making it blue and a brownish Sepia color. beautiful
the other I saw as a kid in 1973. don't ask me why it was at a double feature but it fucked my head up as a kid. really weird movie.

this one we saw in film class. I guess its from the same novel. but this was a classic. beautifully done.
director Arnold Fanck Kino Genre. meaning it's mood over storyline. the story is more visual especially since it's a silent film. I dont think it has a caption. just pure visual. watch this one in the dark. if you have a projector screen it's really cool. smoke some weed and drink some beers and chill. the colors are amazing.
